i mean, i really don't want to sound like a douchebag cunt but OP isn't that built that people automatically assume he went to the gym. and the difference in using one arm over the other to fap doesn't build the muscles in the arm as much as it does in the wrists. playing musical instruments can help build those muscles and he's probably built them up on his left arm far more than his right arm holding a violin.
