You read too much into that.

All I did was point out that someone who is looking for money in a partner wants a provider in their life......it's kind of an obvious observation.

He just sort of gave reasons why someone would want someone who is attractive and then just kinda blew the other side off like "they just want money" like there's no reason behind it. Not to say that it's a good thing to want someone's resources over them as a person, but just putting my two cents in.

No. Anyone who doesn't want someone, but then wants someone after knowing they have money is in it for the wrong reasons. It's not because she wanted a "provider".She obviously wasn't attracted to him, and only wanted him for money. Thats completely different than liking someone and then being happy that they can provide. She just wanted to use him and probably date someone she actually liked behind his back. There is a reason behind it by the way. Some people are just greedy, terrible wastes of oxygen. Thats why.

I never said she wanted him for him and liked that he could provide on the side. She ONLY wanted him to be a provider. I never said she was attracted to him as a person. I don't think you read anything I typed, and that you just have an idea in your head and are just rolling with that.

She doesn't like the guy. Then finds out he has money. Wants him because he has money, and that money will provide for her greatly. She realises she will never want or need for anything with him so then she agrees to go on a date. That was the natural thought process that I was pointing out that was behind her actions.

Now I AM NOT saying I think she's great for being that way.

Umm ok so you're just explaining that shes terrible. ok. I think we all already knew that. If you ONLY want someone as a provider then you don't know how relationships work. Done.

Yes, but I am just going a little further in as to why she, and people like her seem hardwired to be greedy, terrible, people.

How is that "too bad"?

Because in this comic, Cap is trying to act superior even though this is pretty much how a fight between them would go.
