Rednecks are usually obsessed with hunting and large, lifted trucks, rodeo and MURRICA, usually rather technologically inclined, is closely related to "trailer/white trash". Country are usually very down to earth, mostly farmers, they tend prefer somewhat older methods of how things are done. Usually have a basic pickup for farm use and a sedan or similar for the wife to use. May or may not have modern electronics, usually an older computer and a CRT TV.

Country: Muriel and Eustice from Courage the Cowardly Dog

Yeah I can get that the country guy is just a modern farmer who likes overalls. Hill Billy's seem to think overalls are all you need. And Rednecks appear to be people who want to be Hill Billy but aren't ready to commit just yet.
