urbemarmis (04/25/2013) [-] youre nationality is wherever youre living now. your heritage is american. (at least i believe so) your kids will be wherever youre from but they will have american blood in them My American passport says otherwise I plan to come back after 3yrs or so any children I have will be American (you'd gotta be fucking crazy if you think I'm raising any kids I may have in China), but while I am living abroad I believe that makes me an expatriate. I may be wrong. #135 -

urbemarmis (04/25/2013) [-] not if i decided to move there. if i became an expatriate the US government would stop caring. "hey we have a guy that used to live in your country" theyd say "key words: USED TO" the liberal agenda is ridiculous trying to say teabaggers want things to be like somolia. just like teabaggers are ridiculous for saying that libtards want things to be like nazi germany. both sides suck dick #129 -

| gay marriage is legal in all of the states he listed, it has been in Massachusetts since 2004(?), most of the states listed have had gay marriage legal for a few years now, with the exception of New York which made it legal in 2011 and Washington state which legalized it in December of last year. Maine also legalized it some time last year if I remember correctly. | ||

| Much like asschwitz was saying, I did mean that women shouldn't be getting any more money than the man would have gotten. I wasn't really responding to your story in specific, but more of how in general, courts tend to give women more when it comes to when the parents break up and the woman has to care for the children than man and how unequally treated they are. And I left for school, which is why it took so long to reply. I think what he was saying is the courts shouldn't decided what you get/don't get based on gender, but instead should base it off of your financial situation, your income, and similar things. I'm not saying the court you went to didn't do that, but a disappointing amount of courts in the US tend to bias towards women. #139 -
newsmyrna (04/25/2013) [-] Well lets be honest asschwitz. In most cases historically women have made less money and have possession of the children which is why they tend to lean that way. Now I agree with you that a court shouldn't side with a woman just because she is a woman, but lumping all single divorced mothers together as charity cases and drags on the system is ludicrous. Pic of Dachau not related. | ||

| We had to move across the country and buy a new house in an exurb of Nashville. He's also paying for college for my brother all by himself, too. Life sucks when you have a single parent, but whether or not it's a male or female parent shouldn't determine how much support is given from the outside. I'm not talking from the outside I'm talking about child support alone that is all my mother took, and she deserved it because she wasn't the only person involved in bringing me into the world. Plus she was a nurse who made an ok salary and we both lived in South Jersey which with taxes and the fact that NJ is the most densely populated state making land expensive, caused our expenses to be hire than most. And since my parents both bought that house with their combined incomes in mind she couldn't afford to live there on her own. So your saying she should go to the poor house or move with me because my dad decided to ditch us for some random bitch. Fuck that I say she should have went for alimony too. | Same kind of situation, my mom is a nuclear medicine technologists. She makes just enough to get by and feed me and my two brothers. My dad currently owes over $10,000 in arrears and is dragging his feet with his employer so that my mom isn't seeing a penny. Honestly my mom is the most strong, hardworking, and independent women i have ever met, and my dad is a cowardly bitch who can't even look his kids in the eye. My dad had to raise my brother and me all by himself and had no help financially or in pretty much any other way. We had to move across the country and buy a new house in an exurb of Nashville. He's also paying for college for my brother all by himself, too.
