I currently live in the city of Songyuan in Jilin Provence China it's about two hours outside of Changchun. The kids in general are all pretty shy but I don't know maybe boys in North East China are more outgoing than the rest of China because here they are pretty loud and crazy. Girls can get crazy too, but a lot of them just talk really low and hide their face when they talk to you.

It's an old episode. Chef is getting married to a girl who turns out to be a succubus. His parents come to south park to attend the wedding and all throughout the episode chef's dad keeps talking about his various run ins with the lochness monster. And every encounter ends with the monster trying to get 3.50 out of him "pronounced tree-fiddy." One of the times he does say "it was about that time I noticed she wasn't a girl scout but a thirty foot monster from the paleozoic era."
