The speed of Light (C) is a universal constant. The speed of light is literally ALWAYS the speed of light no matter your relative motion. For example, if your speed is 100,000 miles per hour, the speed of light is still exactly the same to you as it would be if you are moving at 0 miles per hour. Typically, you would add or subtract 100,000 miles per hour from the speed of an object to get its actual speed as it relates to your reference point.
Since everybody, no matter their reference point, in motion or not..... in a very powerful gravitation field or not (where space is stretched and light takes a longer time to pass through that space) the speed of light is ALWAYS a constant. Now since light still takes time to travel any distance (light travel of course is not instantaneous) BUT everybody agrees on the speed than light itself must be relative to SOMETHING. That something is what we perceive as Time. In a non moving reference point looking in at a high speed object, since you both perceive light the same way BUT light takes time to travel, Time is what ultimately bends. You would see their clock running slower from your reference even though from theirs, everything looks normal.

let me explain what gamergate is.
you go to your local burger stand and they have some damn good burgers, so you eat there pretty often. through the years, the people get angrier with you, the price gets higher, and the quality of the burger gets worse. Are you going to keep eating there?
no, you're probably not. That's what gamergate is.
Atop of that, it has everything to do with wanting transparency in videogame journalism. There's no issue with reviewing a friend's game, as long as you're honest about whether or not they're your friend. There needs to be a line drawn between what's okay and what's not okay.
Social Justice Warriors have used the gaming media as a soap box for their shitty and corrupt ideologies and feel threatened, that's why they oppose. the reason they specifically oppose gamergate is because they think the reason Zoey Quinn got shit is because she was a feminist, when that wasn't the case.
essentially, gamergate is about trying to fix the gaming media. those opposed have their own agendas.
