They super, super have not. Certain behavior like shirt removal and the like, yeah, but this was just using the head to make contact with the ball. He didn't obscure the refs, his hands were out of the way and his celebration was extremely limited (which can get carded in professional but it means fuck-all)

Technically yes; it's unsportsmanlike behaviour. You can get a yellow or red card for it.

Have you? You get carded for an excessive celebration. A prime example was in the Champions League final the other day - both Marcelo and Ronaldo received yellow cards for taking their shirts off in celebration. Another player also got carded for celebrating too near Atletico's bench.
Maybe you should start watching football from this decade m8 - unsportsmanlike behaviour is not tolerated. A goal scored in the fashion of this .gif is clearly unsportsmanlike as it is unnecessary.

No. There's a recent, specific rule about not taking ur shirt off during the game bc all the idiots who scored would do it (and it's bad for some reasons explained). There's nothing about scoring while getting down on ur palms and knees.

In the link there is nowhere to be found that scoring a goal in any manner is an offence. This is bullshit. Taking the shirt of is an entirely different scenario. There was not a single goal in the history of Football that was canceled for unsportsmanlike behavior and there a tons of instances. This is why a few times it happened one team to try to return the ball to the other team, scored a goal unwillingly and then scored another goal in their own net to make up for it.

Trust me, I watch plenty of football. Taking a shirt off is cardworthy because it obstructs the referee from marking down the shirt number and name of scorer, if I remember rightly. Headrolling has always been permitted. It's acceptable, provided the referee can mark down the number and name. And on the FIFA site, it summarises it as "unsporting behaviour". That's not specific as to what unsporting is, but everybody knows unsporting behaviour is acts like timewasting, refusal to hand over the ball immediately, confrontation, etc.

That's not why you get a yellow card for taking your shirt off. You get a yellow card because in some countries taking your shirt off is a way of showing ultimate disrespect towards your opponents. And since football is a world sport, FIFA applied it to all countries. It can also be viewed as time consuming and excessive celebration. As I think is very much the case with Ronaldo as mentioned above. Come on, 4-1 in the 118th minute.. Who gives a shit? Alright that Bale and Marcelo celebrated like crazy, but Ronaldos goal didn't matter at all.
