That logic doesn't actually click with me, honestly? If a kid wants in the pool they'll find a way. We had a deck with a gate(On one side of the pool) that I could just slide my ass around on the rim and get onto it. Alternatively I could climb up into the pool from the ground if I tried. What's stopping a kid from doing it with a fence? Just seems really... Odd to me is all.

Obviously this is in America though, where the petty laws of Hobbitsvile don't matter.
Kidding I have nothing against New Zealand, know someone from there on Warcraft.
Our pools don't really have any sort of code unless it's an in-ground pool, which only rich fuckers can afford usually.

oh I just assumed it was in in-ground pool, it doesn't look like it now that I've had a closer look. "obviously this is in america" -meaty chuckle at that. Yeah fair enough, pretty logical act however. A four-sided isolation fence (separating the pool area from the house and yard) reduces a child’s risk of drowning 83% compared to three-sided property-line fencing.

It's illegal to have an un-fenced pool in New Zealand (where I live) not even kidding, a person comes around to check the pools fence and gates' structural integrity. here's a link to the act -- www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1987/0178/latest/DLM124476.html

Maybe, but "the glasses are obviously a females..."? They're perfectly unisexual.
User avatar #28 - myusernamedoesntfi (03/26/2014) [-]
alright, well where I live (new zealand) typical mens glasses have thick frames/arms and women's are thin.
