Love the series and im watchin let plays instead since my brothers sold my copies of 2nd and 3rd one a while ago.

second one is dirt cheap now and i think the third one is under 20$ USD so go get em. also the new one will come with a download of the first game...not sure if its by pre-order or not but i kept mine. only play third last june because i didnt have time to play when it came out but im glad i finally got too, i love the story, I'd definitely pay to see a movie/series of movies about it

I just had it in my random images folder, because it's a neat picture, and kind of an oddity (yank in 'nam-era gear using a Swedish WWII gun).

And I realized I recognized the little plastic figure looked just like the picture.

Do you happen to have the name of the SMG he's holding? IT looks like a mix of the MP40 and our British Sten gun. Looks like it could be interesting to research.

Oh, if you're going to search info about it you should know that the yanks referred to them as "Swedish K" "K rifle" " and sometimes incorrectly as "Schmeisser" or "burp gun".
Because for some reason they just can't pronounce the full name "Kulsprutepistol modell nittonhundra-fyrtiofem B"

When the Yanks did questionable shit in the countries around Vietnam where they weren't supposed to be they sent deniable soldiers with foreign weapons. So many of them used "clean scrubbed" M45s with no markings or serial on them.

They were excellent weapons, and were well liked.
They were light and highly reliable.
The navy seals also like them, because you can fire them when they are full of water, and They will still work.

They are rarely used by the Swedish armed forces now, but they were popular up until the late 90s. Now they are replaced by assault rifles.
