Tell her that you're sorry for being clingy and that you just wanted to talk to her, and admit that you went overboard (even if you don't think you did). This isn't that huge of a matter in my opinion, so if you need to suck up your pride on this one to save your relationship, I suggest you do it.

If that sounded hostile, sorry, my advice always does. I'm blunt about it.
