Everything going on in my country is because of america wanting to deny russia the benefits of syria's place , where if another government allows Qatar to extend gas and oil lines to europe, russias economy will get fucked up because russia gives europe gas, so russia got our president to not allow the pipeline extension on syrias land, and wants to keep it that way...
They don't use it because they are cunts mentally controlled by america, they do what ever america wants for real... i'm still hoping you guys would make an agreement on your land , maybe a shared country or what so ever? but all the walls and weapons used around arab regions in isreal is depressing, yet i do know some palestinians already blended in, am i wrong?

By blended in you mean that they found a job and are socially accepted? then yes, alot of them did.

about the walls and weapons: there are places in Israel which are called "regions"
There are jews and palestinians in those regions. there are a lot of encounters between them, where they throw stones at each other. That's why you need armed forces there.

In the past month there are some extreme events of palestinians who threw molotovs and rocks at israelis.

However, there are no such events in the cities like Jaffa and other cities where there are ALOT of palestinians.

i only mentioned the jews and romans and all those stuff because i'm a big mouth, but it eventually led to "it does not matter what religion they are, they are still all PALESTINIANS, because they stayed there" so its the nationality that concerns me most.
And if they were living in peace together, and they are all welcoming and stuff why didn't they fight for palestines freedom from the british invasion along with arabs and then maybe elect a jewish president if they could, or they could have some spots like a prime minister and other stuff... i know they lived in peace before it is a very much truth, which makes the 1948 event of creating isreal a stab in the back, i mean you know how it was created... and arab muslim houses were GIVEN to foreign jews by power. Why would they do that? after all, i believe it isn't in your hands either, jewish people... isreal was permitted to build a huge weaponry arsenal because the USA wants it to stay in that region and disrupt it, because the middle east and arab countries have around 50% of the worlds oil , they did not want it to be used to turn world domination in the hands of arabs... now i know that sounds stupid and all...but arabs weren't always as bad as they are now till the ottomans came, then when the world wars were lost the area was divided and these little countries were made... palestine and syrian and jordan and lebanon were one state of the arab empire, actually. and with the oil controlling economy right now, and the arab oil power that would shut down america... you know saudi arabia starts selling oil with it's own currency, that will cause an economy break down in the world and make saudi the most powerful economic country? yeah it's actually true..

Yeah, I can't do much about the past, and I can't give back those houses..
About the USA thing, yes, countries with power control the world... Russia on the other hand helps the Arab nations because of its own interests (btw I'm Russian, not to confuse you, I live in Israel )

The oil gives the Arab countries a lot of power, i'm still wondering why they don't use it...

I know that the Arabs weren't "bad". In fact, I think that their culture is one of the best!
I still believe that we can live in peace... The thing is, that the people with the power to move and control things, don't want it...

Saying jews were there first is pretty much not an easy thing to say, as jewish religion came before islam, very long ago before it, but then they spread to all over the world before being reunited by isreal...and so on, christianity came and palestine was ruled by the romans by that time i believe.
Then islam came and as you know, it took control of that area ever since... the point is, the people who lived in that area remained of same origin unless they traveled, but they changed religions, it was lastly islam but i am not speaking of religion here, i am speaking of nationality, which makes your argument invalid, because for the creation of isreal they had to bring jews from all around the world, who did not have either palestinian nationalities, neither isrealis, because there was no such country as isreal before 1948. explain to me how that isn't an occupation.
#66 - mrwoodcock (03/06/2013) [-]
If I'm not mistaken, when Romans came, they conquered Israel from the Jews.
There were even rebellions that the Jews did against them.
The Maccabees did the rebellion.
There for, there were Jews there, when the Romans came.

That's for the fact that there were Jews.

Back to the occupation.
As far as I know, the Jews didn't force any palestinian to flee from Israel, more over, the Jews said that they are welcome to stay and that they will get the same civilian rights as the Jews. (For now the Arabs who live here, have better conditions than the Jews lol :) ).

And before the war at 48' the Jews and Palestinians lived here in piece, even 8 years earlier, you could go to the Gaza strip and drink coffee with our Palestinian neighbors. But now, when the Hamas is in charge, all changed.

What I am trying to say, is that the Jews never wanted to conquer Israel, but to make it our homeland again. And we always welcomed our neighbors with open arms.

#63 - mrwoodcock (03/03/2013) [-]
I knew such a question would come sooner or later.

However, I'll answer it honestly.

1)First of all, I as much as you, want the best for my country: safety, peace, normal life...
2) Historically, Jews were in Israel before Palestinians, so we don't "occupy" the territory. (King David an Solomon are historical figures)
3) I am, as many others, DON'T have anything against Syrians, Lebanese, Jordans etc.
Though I DO have something against extremists, Palestinians' as well as Israelis'.
3)Israel always wanted peace with it's neighbors and that's well known. We didn't start any war first except of the "six days war", and even that was because we knew if we won't do it first, the enemy will. Luckily, we don't fight now.
4) I hope that one day, we will both be able to go to each other's country without any risk to our lives.

That's basically it. If you want to ask anything else, feel free! I am open minded so I can even listen to your opinion.

1) it's a fight for power, the government has the "blitzkrieg" force, but the rebels have extreme numbers, but don't have that much heavy weaponry so it is a fight that is pretty much just tearing the country apart...
2)No one should win, it will suck both ways because then revenge actions and stuff will happen.. thats bad, we need to have a fair transfer of power, or whatever its called...
3)thankfully not... coastal cities are okay. although today i was coming back from the country side and i saw an assault chopper take off from a military point.. but i guess it went to the north countryside which has some fights..

And we always welcomed our neighbors with open arms.

i only mentioned the jews and romans and all those stuff because i'm a big mouth, but it eventually led to "it does not matter what religion they are, they are still all PALESTINIANS, because they stayed there" so its the nationality that concerns me most.
#68 - mrwoodcock (03/11/2013) [-]
Yeah, I can't do much about the past, and I can't give back those houses..
About the USA thing, yes, countries with power control the world... Russia on the other hand helps the Arab nations because of its own interests (btw I'm Russian, not to confuse you, I live in Israel )

The oil gives the Arab countries a lot of power, i'm still wondering why they don't use it...

I know that the Arabs weren't "bad". In fact, I think that their culture is one of the best!
I still believe that we can live in peace... The thing is, that the people with the power to move and control things, don't want it...
User avatar #69 - annoos (03/11/2013) [-]
#70 - mrwoodcock (03/21/2013) [-]
By blended in you mean that they found a job and are socially accepted? then yes, alot of them did.

about the walls and weapons: there are places in Israel which are called "regions"
There are jews and palestinians in those regions. there are a lot of encounters between them, where they throw stones at each other. That's why you need armed forces there.

In the past month there are some extreme events of palestinians who threw molotovs and rocks at israelis.

However, there are no such events in the cities like Jaffa and other cities where there are ALOT of palestinians.

look, I don't hate Israel, I just don't like zionism, even the Islams can get along with jews quite fine, they just hate zionism, and the jews that support zionism, Israel, in it's current state, they are just greedy jerks, and take land and resources from other countries, Israel does not want other middle east countries to be more succesful than them, and say that what that country is doing is a threat to the world, like Iran's nuclear facilities for example. Iran let's UN nuclear inspectors into their facilities, Israel doesn't, I find that kinda odd if you ask me. Israelis are not bad people, just the zionists and their lust for greed and power, to me, it seems that Israel is the antagonist in the middle east, because they are always pushing other countries around, until all hell breaks out. The middle east spreads love towards eachother, they put empathy for others in fron of greed, well, most of the time anyways. Even the leader of Iran himself was awarded for his love towards everyone by jewish leaders, not zionist leaders, but jewish leaders. I just wish Israel would stop being such a dick to everyone and the United states needs to stop using countries like Saudi Arabia and Israel as an excuse to stay in the middle east, I know they are their to keep peace and what not, but let's face it, the US is waiting for that perfecr moment for a bullshit excuse to invade Iran and take their resources by force of arms. Good thing Syria is in Russia's interest, and Syria is best friends with Iran, so Syria can get Russia to aid Iran if something like this were to happen, Russia has already stated that an attack on Iran would be considered an attack on Russia itself.

I won't agree with the fact that Israel seeks power.
It's a fact that Israel always wanted peace.

I am myself don't hate on Iranians,Syrians,Lebanese and etc.
I am, as anyone else, against terrorism!

About the zionism, every national group has its extremists. So do Iranians.

About the Israeli nuclear program, you are right... It's not fair that we don't show our nuclear facilities, but that is an act of defense. Imagine if the UN checked on our facilities and found out that we have nothing.... Who would be scared of us?

guys guys, seriously, read the damn news articles in full.
It a small prototype model. model
They announce that themselves as well.
User avatar #113 - tredbear (02/23/2013) [-]
i learned that later, and I am upset about that, because I know they can build it, they even have a stolen stealth drone from the United States, so why can't they just reverse-engineer that? I can only assume they are still working on that, and only said they have a stealth aircraft before they really did, just to try and make the west angry or something.
#116 - mrwoodcock (02/23/2013) [-]
Not angry but fearful.
I'm an Israeli, and as far as i know, we don't want any conflict with Iran.
I'm sure don't want to.... All I want is to go there and see this country, sadly I can't.
