 I haven't played the Mothership Zeta DLC yet (Just got Fallout 3 GOTY edition) so I don't know for sure, but it wasn't mentioned in the wiki timeline. At a glance, could it be Andre Endicott? #69 -

My favorite DLC is Point Lookout ( what I wanted to say to one of the characters was an actual ingame option, which to me seems like great writing, also the ambience is amazing).
