As a hunter, yes. The only thing that bugs me about them is that tabards and cloaks look awkward on them but they have the coolest looking combat animations is all.
You're just a blue, tusked, Jamaican-accented, badass.
trolls have a somewhat higher crit chance with ranged weapons if I remember correctly... stuns and snares are also shorter on them by a small percent, they regenerate health at a faster rate in combat, and they have a racial ability that increases their haste by a lot for a few seconds.
