You see, to all sentient creatures, there are 3 parts: the flesh, the bone, and the spirit. In life, all parts get roughly the same attention. Most creatures in this state are considered 'living'.
Skeletons are those who devote themselves to the bone part of the being, but left the flesh behind. The bone is strong, but without the spirit it won't be guided well. This is why most skeletons thank mr skeltal. He's the guide and protector of bones.
Zombies are still flesh and bones, but without spirit, which is why they are often not that intelligent, although sometimes it's possible for them to be intelligent. How? I, mrskeletonman, do not know.
Finally there are ghosts and the like, who have left bone and flesh, and are fully commited to the spirit.

shadowallyx (12/10/2014) [-] What is charted:To the east theres a desert and it ends like that, they havent charted more, before the desert, closer to the west, there are badlands, where their territory starts They have cities and villages all over the desert, most of them close to oases. The no mans land between Seminos and Sabulo are plains. After those plains begins the Seminian territory, as a forest. The forest has dirt roads in middle, connecting to every settlement. Every settlement has a small space without trees between them and the forest. To the north, there are plains with few trees. this is the nomans land between Seminos and Skarafell. Skarafell begins with a small mount ranges going along their borders, with several mountain passes, roads build in middle. It begins to get colder the deeper you go, forests and mountains covered in snow most of the year. Skarafell is surrounded by mountains, their settlements built on mountains or in the forests. The mountains to the west of their territories, where they have settlements, have rivers. These finish on the Audan Sea. Skarafelian use these for fishing and they have a small navy force. To the south of Seminos, theres still forests, the oficial nomans land between Seminos and Sanageyama is a big wall surrounding their borders, with several gates connected to roads, and these roads go to Sanageyani settlements (inside the gates) or to Seminian settlements (outside the gates). Sanageyani settlements are on hills, usually on higher ground than other settlements. Their capitol is on the biggest one, with huge stairs leading to their equally huge walls. To the west of Seminos, at the border of their capitol, theres a beach. This is where Seminos ends and Audan Sea starts. After a month of travel through the Audan Sea, can see the big archipielago that is the main territory of Audo, this archipielago is surrounded by several smaller islands. All these have big beaches and palm jungles at ground. The settlements are in middle of these jungles.

Preferally, the flesh has to die a natural death first. Then, when we, the sapient skeletons, find the skeleton, we perform rituals to provide the skeleton with sapience. However, the sapience consists of a bit of the flesh's sapience, and the skeleton's own sapience, combining both, and creating a new individual.

mrskeletonman (11/02/2014) [-] Oh, I, mrskeletonman, don't collect these pictures actively. Instead, whenever I, mrskeletonman, see one, I, mrskeletonman, just take it. Over the course of a few weeks, I, mrskeletonman, have exactly 99 skeleton pictures and .gifs.
As for effort, it's not that hard. As long as you do more than just post pictures, and make sure you are polite and mostly post on stuff that is relevant to your themed account, you're good. Although, making it a 'character' and a few quirks is also recommended.
