Couldn't find anything resembling a uninstall file in the directory.
You sure you properly removed it? Control Panel/Software and all that shizz.
Delete the folder, try to download it again, etc.
Can't really help you much more, just turn to the support.

at first glance it looks like the game has a problem with a font...maybe reloading the game?

for the last resort, try sending this picture to them they can fix stuff like that.
