Not bad I trained downtown today for a few hours, I feel a little rusty but I trained enough that it doesn't feel like I lost much. Wanted to work on my double kongs but that didn't end up happening, still a good day though.

Yo dude, how's your training and PK progressing? I learned a new wall-run strategy a little while ago, so I'm trying that out. I also want to start doing some tricking, and I need to do some work on double-kongs.

Alright, so, for parkour or for working out? **** it; will give my knowledge on both to help out a fellow traceur.

Working out: My schedule has moved to be more simplistic because of my kind of hectic schedule; I go to sleep earlier and have more extracurriculars. I focus on my triceps mostly, not sure why, but I think they are good for climbing and flinging your body around; useful for wall-funs, dinos, etc. I do tricep push-ups, and lots of dips to0 (One set each, until I hit max). I used to do pull-ups too, but I ripped the grips and now they feel awkward so I stopped. I alternate during the weekdays; one day legs, and one day arms, on-and-off, or at least that's what I shoot for. For legs, I do jumping-prisoner squats and also lache (Not sure how to spell it) and box-jump my four-set front porch stairs. I want to progress until I can nonchalantly box-jump them; right now I can't, and I can only lache them with ease. In case you don't know, a lache is like a precision jump, but you take a step forward before you jump for just a bit more momentum.

Pakour: I go once a weekend with local traceurs in Providence. I don't quite know your skill level, but I strongly, strongly encourage tentative progression. Don't go too quickly or slowly; it helps a lot when trying to learn new things. Also, look for a group of local traceurs in your area. It sucks training by your lonesome, and other people are great because 1) They can tell you your flaws and 2) They can help teach you! Also they are just more fun to be around than just training alone, and it's also safer too! Just even try searching "Ontario parkour" on Facebook or something, there's probably something already established you don't even know about. As far as the cold, I just bring a hoody and deal with it, lol.

If you keep up with your workouts and train with other people/train regularly, you should be fine and progress well! It's just a matter of time and effort.

I live in a town and there probably is no pk group. Honestly, I have no experience or skill in pk. I do workout and I usually try to do **** wall-run, rolls in the summer (well, I did) I can't even get rolls to feel right. I felt really discouraged because I couldn't even climb over a wall after a wall run, and my wall runs are bad. I do, however, workout and i'm in pretty good shape, and failing in pk makes me mad.

Plus, Parkour is unnatural. Do not be discouraged if you do not have natural skill in it, because it takes time. If you keep working out and building the muscle, as well as continuing to try wall-runs, then you will get them right.

Remember, it is as much about the approach as it is about the execution. Stride up to the wall, and then about two paces from it, explode of with your dominant leg and shoot up. It might seem like you're jumping prematurely, but it helps to get the leverage

Well, yeah, it is difficult finding motivation if you're by your lonesome, but even so, if there aren't any organized groups where you are, just by training you might find some. I can also talk to you about the logistics of how I perform certain things and the comfort in doing so, if it helps.

Also, your legs will get stronger as you do parkour anyway because it's mostly legs, and your arms too. My friend can do crazy kongs and he doesn't even work out; he just trains during the school week which I can't do. Try not yo use that as an excuse to not workout though, if you aren't training.

actually souls have a street value of anywhere from 10-20 RITs.
RIT are a common currency
the fermented cat pee is actually combined with 5 wet dream potions
which are 15 RITs each.
thus giving it a street value of 75 RITs
1 souls would max out at 40 if they were corrupt or insanity.
but it is a more common soul, making it around 30 RIts for the both of them.
I'll throw you this one, but remember, these prices. it'll come in handy later on.
