Just to clear a couple of points up, Windows 8 has been designed with touch screen in mind, not to be an overall solution like 95 2000 xp and 7 all had in common, if you want to use lunix, ubuntu is quick andeasy to install and can be installed with a single exe in windows with no configuration needed.
