I feel like I'd be taking advantage of the government if I went on taglit before making aliyah. I'm already getting a free trip to israel and a bunch of other benefits like free ulpan and tax reductions, I don't need to do taglit when I've already been here for a year

well yeah, thats why you can only go on taglit if you haven't been to Israel before, meaning that you could only take it before IsraelXP
