Apparently only in American English and in the past few decades. I'm not sure why. But look past beyond that and a double negative meant exactly that -- a double negative.

Nope, "In Standard English, two negatives are understood to resolve to a positive. This rule was observed as early as 1762"

Read further down the page. And check NPR's 'Ways with Words' on the subject.

still impressive that you're playing ^^

keep it up, I played hockey throughout my childhood and now that im graduated and just mostly sitting around with the gf at home, my ability to keep up my muscle memory is incredible. I can sit around for a week doing nothing and get up and go for a jog around the lake, it's incredible what sports can do.

I can only imagine what kind of a cardio imprint water polo would leave on a person

It's the first sport that I've come across that I don't dread practice or hope for games to get cancelled. It just feels great playing it, like even if I'm out of breath and tired, I still feel great, and I don't care if we lose, because just playing is nice. I really like waterpolo
