Didn't stop him from dominating the enemy team in an All random all mid mode. I've encountered him in normal maps and when he slams you with all of his spells it's you who need to escape.

Besides you can stay near towers for most of the time and still do very well with him.

So for me escape doesn't mean much when I can rip away so much health from the enemy which will make them start to flee because the next volley will kill them.
There is also this where there are actually a few heroes that have good hunting down abilities. So that isn't an issue.

Jaxx or the lance user that can jump would be my worst opponents though.

Why? He hits like a fucking truck. Whenever I see him in the game he does extremely well.

As for being a glass cannon, I'll either just buy defense or HP.

He can easily get countered. he has pretty good burst but he is like a worse verion of syndra. he has no escapes, no reliable cc andin a glass canon. If you build him defensivley you wont have the burst to do said damage.
