Dont you think thats kinda of sad that we have to sensualize things to get things done here. For the girl she has no choice to be brave since thats the way of life and mentality of western pakistan. Throw one of us there wed mentally break, since we didnt grow up with harsh conditions.
The veitnam war can be arguable. Since usa did lose a lot of money losing a pointless war. If it was a case of morality those 2 wars in iraq and afghanistan wouldave ended sooner since children did die at the hands of foreign troops too.

seems like provoking emotion in the people is more responsive than showing a list of war crimes. Cause there have been those that suffered worse than malala which could have been used to fuel another agenda.

you make it sound like israel obeys the rules so perfectly like darling little angels

lets not forget that israel is watching palestine like a hawk, and whatever passes for palestines military (if theyre even allowed one) cant even fart without israel knowing about it, so civilian fighters are the only resistance palestine has to fight their oppessors, and generally most of those who become militia fighters are those who have suffered so greatly under israels tyranny theyve got nothing left but death or glory

if these militia ever put on the uniform to obey the rules, theyd never have a chance to fight because israel would disarm them or kill them if they had weapons, and never get a chance to fight, plus given most of israels occupation army are young bored conscripts itching to get action, they have no qualms about spraying people just to make sure they get even a lone gunman

they dont use 'advanced techniques', they use outright torture, hell earlier this year the IDF tortured a palestinian gas station attendant to death over 6 days just because he threw a rock at an israeli

the confessions made about atrocities in the middle east have been made by former US marines, confessing the kind of shit they were ordered to do over there....right now theres over 10,000 US marines who have deserted because they refuse to go back there and do that shit again for another tour

as for britain trying to 'bring peace' to palestine....thats kind of shit, previously in british history THEY invaded the region to 'save the holy land from the moors'
and as far as the britiish endorsed state of israel goes, they dont seem to care israel broke those boundaries and seized more land from the palestinians.....there are thousands of mere CITIES around the world that have more land and people in them than palestine has as a COUNTRY

never held hostages BUT they did abuse the shit out of captives then disposed of the bodies, and what would you call shooting people on the street simply for being there at the time of a gunman shooting?
plus how many drone strikes have hit civilians on a MAYBE theres an enemy in the area

as for jews, they made it pretty clear they will use violence to stand up for what they want after WW2 when one of their leaders made a speech about 'never again will the people of israel be led like sheep"

given that in most national laws, an outsider seizing land from you is a declaration of war in itself, so by england just taking palestinian land for the jews was a declaration of war...israel didnt make the first move, the british did,
yes during the ottoman empire, muslims jews and christians lived there but TOGETHER, british marking out israel as land for just jews was a fairly hostile act

The captives were unlawful combatants fighting without uniform, using civilians as shield. Bodies werent disposed, nobody was killed and they were held till the cessation of hostilities and then granted their just court proceedings. And while their "advanced interrogation techniques" danced on the line with torture, the unlawful combatants aren't protected by any law or authority and in most conflcts they are simply summarily executed without anyone raising a brow.

The thing with the crowd happened once and it was not even done by soldiers but by contractors and there were huge shitstorm about it, causing Blackwater to disperse, the US to abandon using armed private contractors and everyone involved now sits before the court. Again, you cannot compare sole incidents with openly approved strategies.

Drone strikes are a bit scary, but they actualy have ratio of about one civilian to ten militants killed, far better than any air or ground operations.

Saying "We will rather kill than be killed" is pretty reasonable. There is a diference between saying that they'll use anything they have to survive and violent genocidal proclamation of sub humans that have to be killed.

They lived together under arab oppresion. Brits tried to enforce at least some kind of equality but even before the WW2, palestine had to be manned by several hundreds of thousands british soldiers to maintain peace. The British even vigorously refused any ideas of separation of the palestine since they knew how much arabs considered the palestine their fief. The idea of sovereign jewish state came in the 1947 from the UN iniciative to finaly stop the violence in palestine. The "homeland" laws came after it to bolster IDF ranks with new recruits.

well theres plenty of US marines come back from the war who'd admit they broke alot of those geneva rules
one admitted that on patrol in a city, they came under fire....they didnt know where the shots came from, one of thesquad thought he saw a muzzle flash in a window....so he opened up with the auto-grenade launcher around that window

they go up to where they thought the gunman was,,,they found they just wiped out a family of 5 harmless people,

or other cases like officers giving orders that, if soldiers come under fire in crowded areas, just shoot everyone,...because lal the bystanders are 'protecting' the gunmen by not trying to stop them

for palestine, alot of that so-called desert was fertaile land the palestinians were growing crops on till the israelis either shelled everything or levelled the areas for build their own stuff on it

That was not against conventions. That was caused by enemy not honouring them in first place. This is why the US assumed zero tolerance stance against unlawful combatants. What would you do in their place? Get shot? What if there are bleeding friends behind you? It is a tragedy that innocent people got killed, but by hiding killers that use their own people as meat-shield they kinda brought this upon themselves. The conventions exist to prevent exactly this kind of dickery and while the US did lots of bad shit in the war, they never held hostages, used human shields or summarily executed civilians. You cannot put soldiers that sometimes fail to minimize civilian losses in the same row as terrorist who attack civilian targets only and try to maximize their own civilian losses as to gain international attention.

Israeli never started a single war. They were invaded by arabs countless times. Also, the whole palestine had about 10% of usable land since medieval times. From crusades onwards, every depiction or description of "holy land" is a barren wasteland. It actualy grew a lot in last fifty years despite all the wars.
