Mainly drinks (some non alcoholic if you can, I guess I can substitute because I have some friends who don't drink) and sweet snacks. I may make that pork tenderloin sandwich up there because we're having a barbeque, and I'll do a few other recipes!

OK, so I guess you will be outside and it will be warm. So make the fruit bowl. I have two versions which I prefer, but you can always come up with variations. I'll write down the general version and in brackets the ones I use für both versions.
You'll need:
up to 1 kg Fruits (frozen red berries / canned exotic fruits)
about 1,5 liter of fruity beverage (Fruit tea / orange juice)
Alcohol (White Rum and champagne) 0.7 liters (1 Bottle) each
Sugar (how much you prefer).
Mix Fruits, Beverage, Rum and Sugar in a bowl and keep it cool. Just before serving at the champaign.
You can easily take some out before adding the Rum: BAM, non alcoholic

If you are making Barbecue, you NEED to make Garlic Butter.
Buy some quality butter (1 kg), lots of garlic (one bulb), two red paprika, olive oil, chives, some herbs and spices.
Let the Butter warm up. Take some oil (I guess 1/4 cup!?) and put the herbs and spices in. Not to much of one paticular flavour, just some pepper, rosemary, thyme or what you have. let it rest a little and add to the Butter. Chop the paprikas as small as you can. It will be nasty, but you need to. Place them in a sieve and press the water out, put in Butter. Chop chives and put in butter. Press or grate the garlic. Be aware, that the core is the smelly part, which a lot of people don't like. Take it out before. Now pour the garlic and some salt in a small bowl and grind it with a spoon. You don't want any big chunks in the Butter. Mix everything and serve.

I always take some of it and roll it inside of some Aluminium foil and put it in the freezer. That way I get long sticks of Garlic Butter which are easy to store and cut of when needet. This fits perfectly for almost any kind of meat.

It's my Birthday, so it should be good fun. Yeah, if you have any tips or any help you can offer that'd be great!

It would be a pleasure. Just tell me what you want.

Maybe for brainstorming:

Eating:
-Next to the standard snacks I always make "Frikadellen" (translator tells me "meatballs", but they are more flat), which I make really small. WAY better than bought ones!
-selfmade garlic butter. Goes nicely with Chiabatta or virtually any white bread.
-Pizza rolls. Really easy and done in 10 mins!

Drinking:
-Maracuja Drink. It's easy to make and easy to drink. You won't know what hit you.
-Fruit Bowl. Quick and Dirty! Kicks hard and fast! Prepare at least a few hours beforehand...
-Schüttelkorn. I have no earthy Idea how to translate that. You need those bags with powder in it which makes beverages. And Korn!

Just tell me, what you want to focus on. Please be somewhat clear on what you want exactly...
