Have you ever watched wrestling? Front flipping off ladders through tables onto other people. Accidents that happen in Wrestling, yet NONE of the bitch about it.

It's mostly just falling and jumping on to someone, not exactly something I consider extreme feats of athleticism.

The couple of half-assed frontflips don't really change anything either.
I've seen gymnast groups of 4 year olds do way more impressive stuff, I'm not even exaggerating.

I managed to gain about 50 lbs of lean muscle mass, sure I might not be as big as the bigger guys from the wrestling scene but I have done it naturally and my body-fat percentage is considerably lower.

I quit bodybuilding and the diet 2½ months ago, so I've lost a couple of pounds of muscle and I don't know my weight exactly now but I used to be almost exactly 200 lbs at a BF of 10%.
Which I think is a respectable gain for a vegetarian natty ectomorph.

But that's beside the point, I don't see how me being muscular is going to add something to my words, because the fact remains, regardless of whether I am or am not shredded, given the right workout plan and meal plan (and sticking to it, it's all about consistency) anybody can gain a considerable amount of muscle.

Sure advanced knowledge about training, diet and the body helps but the basics aren't exactly rocket science. It's not that complicated, it mainly just takes time and consistent effort.

I'm not going to proof myself, I'm not concerned with whether somebody on the internet will believe me or not, it doesn't make my words any less true.

Well for starters most of it is coordinated and set up, they aren't actually trying to offer as much resistance as they can.

And two, if you're a 250-300 pounds of muscle power yourself it's actually not that hard.

skyrim was a downgrade from its earlier games. I mean ffs they actually took stuff out of the game that was in the originals. Skyrim actually felt linear compared to its other games. I still occasionally play morrowind. its fun and i still find stuff to do thats exciting. i beat oblivion a few times. with skryim. once and i gave up. it was a shit game compared to the others. deal with it
