Beer and red wine are actually good for adults in moderated amounts.

Red wine has what I think is called is reversitol which is a anti-oxidant, and beer has an array of benefits if consumed in moderation.

>>occasionally (once or twice of either each month, for me specifically, fairly small amounts)

You are either uneducated or trolling. I'll take it as uneducated.

That all depends on which Ukrainian government you consider to be legitimate

I think that when a president of a country that is in deep economic problems, has never worked in private sector at all, runs away from the country and leaves papers that prove he has personal wealth of at least 13 billion dollars, that could have ONLY came from abusing his political positions, has pretty much surrendered any right to be considered legitimate political option. Especially after parliament impeached him.
Him now claiming he is still the President would be like Nixon running to a foreign country after impeachment and claiming he is still the president of USA.

I agree completely, which is why I refute the idea that any of this is technically legal. I just wanted to bring up the idea that this is only legal of you consider the former government legitimate, which they are not by any stretch of the imagination

Passing a law that allows you to invade another country and then moving troops and tanks into that country against a contract with that country that says any troop movements in Ukraine have to be coordinated with Ukraine war ministry is illegal.
Yanukovich was removed as a president, legally, by Ukrainian parliament and has no legal powers to request anything.
And by Ukrainian constitution all foreign troops have to get permission from federal government. Which means "the people" don't have a legal right to invite them either.
So yes, in every possible way Russia is acting illegaly, against Ukrainian law, against international law and against contracts it has with Ukraine.
