See my comment above...the comic is based on the difference between taking a girl to a physical and taking a boy to a physical. If you have a son, you'll find out pretty quickly that they get a LOT of spontaneous boners...sometimes in embarrassing situations. This exact situation happened to my wife. In the future, I'm going to try to rearrange the comic so that my intention is clearer. To be clear: THE DOCTOR DOES NOT GET A BONER!
