In Europe delivery men are provided with a car from the company they're working for. They don't pay for gas, don't use their own tools for the car and the cars are generally new. Nobody ever tips because they're not paid as bad as in USA.

BULLSHIT. Not a single takeaway restaurant in my town provides drivers with a car. Even dominoes don't.

Where do you live that they don't provide them with a car?
#61 - anon (03/10/2016) [-]
Also, the company you work for provides the vehicles and the gas.
Soooo.. America just has a shit system but because people are desperate for pocket money they will put up with it and then complain to everyone else about how we should pay their wages for them several times over.

So I guess you tip the mail man too?
#41 - hotpiss (03/10/2016) [-]
Consider the following: don't expect people you don't work for to pay you.

Consider the following.
Your tip is what they are basically living off of
You are paying for a special service because your lazy ass don't want to get up
So if you don't tip, your just an asshole.
#46 - hotpiss (03/10/2016) [-]
hahahahahaha
"special service"
hahahahahaha
>I pay a company for a service. company pays employee to provide that service.
>I pay a company for a service. company pays employee to provide that service. I pay employee to provide that service.

Good one america, you've convinced your idiots to pay your worker's wages twice.

Employs make shit
You tip for convience
OR
Entire meal is more expensive
BUUUUUUt, you don't have to do math now

I'm saying it's a good system, But it works, You are paying the same amount you would if the restaurant owners weren't all jewish fucks.
#51 - hotpiss (03/10/2016) [-]
I don't tip for convenience, i pay for a service. Employer pays employee for said service.

Bottom line is, if your employer doesn't pay you enough, I'm not going to make up the difference.

Ever noticed how food is more expensive at a gas station? Or, if you're not American, you probably don't understand what a convenience charge is. Any food you don't get your lazy ass up and get yourself costs more, that's just how it is. Sure, you don't have to tip the pizza guy, but if you're an asshole about it, don't expect a clean pizza.
#104 - hotpiss (03/10/2016) [-]
1. yes
2. restaurants - would happily get my lazy ass up, they don't like it. They'd rather their staff do it, but they don't want to pay them enough, so I have to. Good one.
3. I've already got the pizza before i pay, what the fuck they gonna do?
4. tipping is retarded and you're all retarded for defending it.

The bottom line is, you are paying, with tip, the same as you would pay otherwise if tipping was abolished. Also, why would you even care? If you don't live in america it doesent affect you at all.

"The bottom line is, you are paying, with tip, the same as you would pay otherwise if tipping was abolished."

prove it. I see the common sense side of the argument, but prove it.
