Or, you know, because he's wearing a weight belt (common diving equipment) with a big lead piece on it (right above his butt) ...

And nothing's going to explode if you come back up too fast, everything will expand back to the original size. You will not magically have more air in your lungs after resurface.
The pressure isn't that immense physically either, normally the dangerous part is that breathing compressed gas under water may cause caisson disease (decompression sickness) after a quick ascent (the absorbed gas expands and forms microbubbles in the blood), but breath-holding divers don't have this problem.

Picture of him and lead weight block, for all of you doubting bastards.

The second point was more meant for divers with tanks who need to control breathing as they descend/ascend.

its possible but the most common result is the bends or air bubbles forming in the blood this can also kill you

Charging handles and whatnot, right?

Am I the only on who thinks game developers aren't taking full advantage of advances in graphics tech to create sci-fi weapons with actual "character" to them? Of course, when they do get around to that school of thought, they make it a third-person game.

I find them cheap in some areas and expensive in others. Jackets are pretty cheap in comparison to most retailers.
User avatar #53 - wanicochil (09/02/2014) [-]
Yeah Myer is usually a bit expensive, but we also have a shit ton of sales

Few weeks ago I sold a outfit that was like 300 or so all up, but with sales it costed around 90ish

(Too long ago to remember exact numbers)
User avatar #54 - hyperactiveman (09/02/2014) [-]
Yeh their sales are broken sometimes... High quality products, massively discounted.
