that's what dc did they killed him with very little chance of bringing him back. if he is never converted into the energy, he would not get his powers in the fist place. i believe he did it to kill someone trying to destroy earth.

This is actually how that incarnation of the Flash died. If I remember right, he ran so fast that his body began to break down, and he became one with the Speed Force. Then the above happened due to becoming a part of the very force his powers came from.

Sadly, that's a painful truth.

It's perfectly healthy, I feel great. I'm actually still continuing to lose, but I did take a short break for the hell of it.

Most of the time you hear about people losing 2lbs a week, or something like that, it's because they're using a shitty diet plan, or they're cheating on their diet every other day. If you have a decent diet, and you're pretty strict about it, you can lose lots of weight pretty quickly. Last year I lost 50lbs over the course of about 3 and 1/2 months, and I didn't feel bad from it or anything.

6-5 and he weighs 135? That is legitimately unhealthy.

yeah it is. I'm 6 feet and weigh 135, but he's a good 5 inches on me. I'm considered borderline underweight for my height, so I know he can't be healthy.

Believe it or not, there is such a thing as a healthy amount of body fat, around 12%-15% is a pretty healthy level, although some athletes and body-builders have lower percentages during their 'on' season.

I think mine's around 8%, so it's not bad. I have a really high metabolism so it doesn't matter how much I eat, I don't gain weight (provided I stop eating when i'm full). I weighed 150 back in Feburary but I got mono and lost 15 pounds, and haven't been able to put it back on.

It's not as much about how much you eat, as it is what you eat. If your diet consists of lots of bread, and 'hollow' valueless foods like that, then you're not going to gain weight. On the other side of the spectrum, if you eat lots of meat--protein and fat dense foods, and you start lifting weights, you shouldn't have too much of a problem gaining weight.

hmmm.... Those are some favorable stats.
