millenia (06/02/2013) [-] Well it depends on the mod. Mine are pretty simple, just unpack the archive to your Fallout 3/Data folder and in the Fallout 3 launcher, go to 'Data Files' and tick the corresponding plugin file.
You can also use the Nexus Mod Manager (top bar has a link) that lets you pretty much 1 click install mods straight from the site, if they're compatible (mine should be)

waffies (12/19/2012) [-] faaair enough! I suppose if you ever made an energy weapon it'd be based on something from a movie, so you have reference material... Plus there's designing the projectile, whereas with real life guns you get a lot of the same, tracers and all.
