Bioshock is a classic, one of the best games of our time.
Bioshock 2 is worth playing, but you wouldn't miss much by skipping it. The environment and mechanics are almost the same as Bioshock.
However, Bioshock Infinite is a whole different thing and the other 2 games have almost nothing to do with it. I suggest you pick up the first game for a few bucks or however much it costs, play through it, and then get Infinite.
