The American economy is also afecting everyone else's economy. Also, if you look at our debt compared to our GDP its low compared to some countries that owe like five time their GDP

Well, yeah, the world runs on a trading system, import export, the economy of one country is obviously going to affect the world economy as much as any other country. it's just that America does more importing than exporting so it's affecting the world economy in a bad way, and yes the US doesn't have the highest debt in the world but it's certainly nowhere near great, at least you're not Greece, eh? ;P

Yeah, but once a military reaches a certain strength it sort of caps, like obtaining nukes is probably the highest military power, which a lot of countries have, so saying we have the larger military force is sort of a moot point because none of the nuclear capable 1st world countries will ever be able to invade one another, it'd be stupid and is therefore a stupid comparison and to be honest US culture is only really seen in the Americas, there is almost not trace of US culture in mainland Europe, Britain and the US have a very similar culture, the US stemmed off from the British culture and obviously has a place in the British culture but most of the world don't see America as the big cool country that America see itself as, also the US economy is failing quite hard and has been for the last decade or two, the balance of world power shifts a lot, first it was the Romans, then the British Empire up until the last half a decade it's been America, now it's Asia's time to shine, China specifically, and I'm pretty sure it's either Greenland or Iceland (just something I remember from a previous discussion but I can't remember which of the two it is) that have the best economy in the world, not the US. I hope you don't see this as a rant or anything, I'm not ranting I just like talking...
