True, very true, if you use the gym properly, doesn't slam the weights and share the weights I don't have anything against you!

I just think some of your exercises are a bit weird, but that's just natural of a lifter to think!

Good thing you use a mat!

But I just wanna tell you that lowering the weights slowly/with control will help you develop more muscles, concentric training is know to be very efficient! Especially if you want hypertrophy (muscle growth)

Where I live that shit hasn't spread yet...I've seen some videos of competitions and they look pretty jacked but their pullups are hilarious...could you tell me something about that?

The "pullups" they are doing is done with a jumping/swinging movement called "Kipping", so the pullups are 10 times easier. Its not good for your joints, it doesn't build muscles very effective, its many better ways to get stronger too... so I think its just a way to tell your friends "Hey, I just did 25 pullups omg im so strong"
and maybe get more "explosive" muscles..?

I'm a tricker and we use that movement to...well, do tricks...
but more I watch videos and more strange that thing is...said that I think there's something good in those exercises...sometimes I do circuits like strong man to build a "functional strength" and crossfit doesn't seem so far from that, maybe better that than be a curlbro

Yeah, I can agree on that, you get a very "functional body" to put it like that! But it all depends on what you want to achieve with your training. If you want to get big; do as "lifters", if you want to get a good stamina; run and do cardio (eww) and if you just want to be generally fit and functional, I can't deny that crossfit is a good way of achieving that goal... But since i study sport science, I know more efficient ways of reaching your goals!

There is a species in the gym called "crossfiters", they tend to lift weights in the weirdest ways, preferably dangerous for themselves and other people! And they make their own inefficient exercises with strange names.

Crossfit might be good to be all round fit, but they don't get very strong, big or get good cardio, just a little bit of everything...

Everyone has his method...I like to have a good diet and be totally natty, not even whey proteins, results take a bit longer but I think it's worth it...if you want faster and bigger results you can take all the supplements you want but your organs, primarly liver and kidneys are put under a lot of stress...look at the first 2 minutes of this video...I think your body isn't made to process all that shit

Shakes are high concentrations of brotein so they are most useful withing 30 mins of a workout (optimal brotein absorption period) all other brotein can be spread out throughout the day
