The guy(s) who made it were complete ass wipes. Some of the lesser stuff they did included complete lies on there Steam Page saying things like "Up to 100 players per server!" when they only had 50 player servers; They claimed to have lots of maps that had areas between 100 and 400 sqkm when actually there was only one map and it was only 72 sqkm. They also put shit about experience points and buying skills with said experience, which they never included because "it wasn't ready yet".

The more serious stuff they did is (and this is all rumours/speculation) apparently they went on a banning spree of random accounts to "scare off hackers". There are also claims that people who tried to ask for refunds were threatened to be "black-listed" meaning that they would have issues with buying things should they use the same type of payment for anything ever again.
