just sidestep the tentacles, it's not actually that hard
Just you wait, she's gonna get nerfed, people are gonna learn to play against her, and she's gonna need a buff again.

Even so, they have a pretty long windup. Like, when kindred was released, there wasn't much you could do about her. You just had to sit there and take it because all of her spells are click to win and her sustain and damage were too good to fight against. Illaoi's spells are some of the easiest to dodge in the game, as long as you don't lose your head to sheer numbers.

that's true. They both started with grossly overtuned kits, because riot tried to shoehorn them both into roles that weren't ideal for them. By all rights, a champ like kindred should be an adc, and ekko should be a jungler, but they wanted them in their respective places and gave them numbers to fit.

i have to agree with you there. There was a reason why they nerfed all of those champions into the ground before, because they're no fun to play against if they're any good. However, I do think the darius rework was pretty good. There are actually pretty realistic ways to play against him now, if you're careful. The other three have virtually no counterplay for low mobility champs though.

I see what happened. There's a small gap you can see part of the white strap on the flag behind the rifle. It does look like she has a finger on the trigger when she doesn't.

I think that that white spot is a screw in the underside of the gun. Note its circular shape.
