| It appears to just be a book copied like a bunch of times over just open the parent file with winrar then click on any subsequent child file then click another child then another child then another child then youll get to whatever that file is you wanna know so bad OR You are confusing me, and you think that this zipped file is literally just one piece of data that is 4.5 petabytes large, and you didnt read on the site that it is a 4.3GB file copied 4 million times #73 -
melllvinnn (01/11/2015) [-] uh just make a new .rar file and put two "42.zip"s in it. It did that itself. (I don't know why) Can we copy the 42.zip 4 million times into itself maybe reaching a yettabyte total? Yes you can Google up how to duplicate files that quickly there's a script somewhere Procrastiation can be good. gives you more time to think things out. Modern operating systems will automatically detect zip bombs and end them before they even do anything. Oh I didn't know I've never tried helping my computer commit suicide.

discodragon (01/10/2015) [-] You should hone the edge after every use, and sharpen every couple of weeks to keep a proper edge to it. Its not 100% necessary, but start doing it and notice the difference in quality. Well, it's a restaurant knife, meaning it's probably being used quite a bit every day, and OP said several years, which we can assume to mean more than 2 years. That's at least 900 days of usage. And it's still a functioning knife, so no sense in spending extra money to replace it until it can't be used anymore #44 -
anon (01/10/2015) [-] no matter how good a blade is or what the material is, repetitive use will wear it down. after about a couple weeks of consistent use, a knife should be sharpened, even if its just a couple times on a whetstone or whatever you use to sharpen said knife. as for how long, i'm not really sure. could be a few years. thats like 5-7 years use most likely and it looks like the person sharpening it dosnt know what theyre doing too much. a resturant knife should be thrown out after 2 years max

My friend works as a chef, but haven't been in touch with him in a year or so.
