Well thats explained in the third video. Once you have your CD-ROM installed, and the computer is fully assembled. You can just turn it on, pop open the disk tray, and place W7 in. Or if you have a file. You stick your flash drive in the USB port, and the computer does the rest.

The DVD drive is worthless. CD ROM can run DVDs fine

Disc drive didn't show anything so I left it blank. It's easy to find a nice SATA disc drive around electronics stores. At least in America

And the Net Card is only worth it if you plan on wi fi. Which for a gaming is a big no. Ethernet gives you a lower ping rate (Which is better)

Technically yes! Now it isn't that expensive. Especially since windows 8 came out (Hint hint windows 8 is like 35 bucks right now) and Windows 7 is around 89 dollars for the 64 bit .iso file

BUT. Heres a harder option

Pirate windows. You gotta find a cracked version, or find a security code

OR. My favorite option to just get you buy, till you can purchase windows
Install a linux distrubution preferably Ubuntu. You get a good OS that'll get you by, and it's easy to use.

I'm linking you part 1. This is how to choose your own components. He'll teach you why I chose those components, what is special about them and whatnot. In part two he assembles the whole thing. And part 3 he does the software setup.

>Watercooling
Now hear me out. Water cooling is pretty damn cool, I thought so myself. BUT. Unless you are doing a custom watercooling system, and using special-non electron water coolant. It isn't worth it. Air cooling has become the best cooling in the market

Heres the same build, but with aftermarket fans. Yes these are all compatible fans. The color is a little weird, but they go with the case very well and Noctua is the best in cooling

Overclocking is when go into the your BIOS (The thing at start that tells you to press delete, I highly reccomend checking it out when you start out at least once. It teaches a lot about how your computer works) and you cause more power to be exported by your processor, graphics card, motherboard, RAM. Anything basically. But, heres the problem, when you overclock, it makes more heat. Which means you need heatsinks. Also unless your processor has the K chip (for example intel i5 3570k) it cannot be overclocked.
User avatar #70 - mcmanybucks (12/29/2012) [-]
That made no sense to me..im technologically inept xD

You could add liquid coolers or extra fans to the list and it wouldnt make much of a bulge on the existing price right?..i aint ever seen a "Delete" option thing when i start my pc..there is only the ESC option right before the windows start screen that takes me to the blue menu..i only used that once when my harddrive burned down and i had to use a shortcut i found myself to get around the "No bootup system found, please insert a bootup disc and try again" screen..

Im saving that list..but just in case they dont have these parts would you mind checkin this? http://www.pc-lager.dk/samlselv.php its danish but i dont think the names differ much..
User avatar #83 - trolljunkusa (12/29/2012) [-]
Can you screenshot what you built? It only came up with non filled in drop downs
User avatar #84 - mcmanybucks (12/29/2012) [-]
I know was asking you if you could build it there and screenshot it..theres bigger chances to find those parts in denmark..though i saved your other list
#85 - trolljunkusa (12/29/2012) [-]
Sorry bout dat, lack of communication.

You'll have to buy the CD ROM seperate. But other than that, I managed to get a nice PC
User avatar #86 - mcmanybucks (12/29/2012) [-]
Thanks..but i cant help but notice that it says "Nothing" on DVD drive and Disc Drive..and Net Card..arent those things kinda..important?
User avatar #87 - trolljunkusa (12/29/2012) [-]
The DVD drive is worthless. CD ROM can run DVDs fine

Disc drive didn't show anything so I left it blank. It's easy to find a nice SATA disc drive around electronics stores. At least in America

And the Net Card is only worth it if you plan on wi fi. Which for a gaming is a big no. Ethernet gives you a lower ping rate (Which is better)
User avatar #88 - mcmanybucks (12/29/2012) [-]
Doesnt ethernet require a cable from the computer to the modem though?
User avatar #65 - trolljunkusa (12/29/2012) [-]
Okay. So basically we want to take full advantage of your price max. Thats the biggest thing. I'll be back in about 20 mintues.

Well of course, Get a thinkpad for travelling. it can run games at moderate levels, and is built like a tank. I'm not saying a laptop isnt worth it. I'm saying a gaymen laptop is a waste of money

> herr derr big monstur in grass shud be visible
No, Otherwise the game would be too unbalanced.
You're just looking for reasons to nitpick
User avatar #63 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
Cuz this game aint unbalanced..noo..

its not the fact that theyre invisible that makes me not like it..
its the fact that you cant do much to be able to see them..
I was once against a team who all went AD and they hid in EVERY bush on the field..u cudnt go anywhere without being grounded down by either Draven or Yi..
#64 - Jameshaich (12/30/2012) [-]
Okay then, just make them visible and remove the whole ganking and hiding thing from the game.
idiot, don't charge into bushes. Place wards or cast spells and you'll be fine.
User avatar #65 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
I aont charge into bushes, they charge from bushes into me..i was beating some minions and all of a sudden i got Demacia'd..
User avatar #68 - Jameshaich (12/30/2012) [-]
> Don't solo
> Place wards
> Buy armor
> Stay near tower and farm if you're in lane. Then your team will get the upper hand
User avatar #69 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
No, i deleted the game off of my pc and i aint installing that overhyped DoTA clone..
#70 - Jameshaich (12/30/2012) [-]
You're mad, just because you can't play the game.
User avatar #71 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
No, im not mad, i know i cant play this game because it works in a (imo) retarded way.
Im just expressing why i dont like the game.
#72 - Jameshaich (12/30/2012) [-]
But it's really balanced, it just works in a retarded way to you, because you can't play it and therefore do not understand how it works.
User avatar #73 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
Im a WoW player, im not used to all of that "use this build!" thing..i dont wanna play games like this where everything you buy to get good is only temporary..
User avatar #74 - Jameshaich (12/30/2012) [-]
I know you don't like it, but just because you don't like it. doesn't make it retarded.
User avatar #75 - mcmanybucks (12/30/2012) [-]
I know it doesnt, i said that was my opinion.

and hey, it gives you indie games from the ubuntu software center
