I crave their fries every once in awhile and even then they're good sometimes compared to other joints who make them better

I believe it's all about preference, Mcdonald's uses many different spices/oils/flavorings when cooking their fries.even though my account is a McDonald's "themed" account I'm partial to the BurgerKing Fries myself.

I know that Mcdonald's used to ( if not still ) used to add sugar to their fries when frying giving them a sweeter taste.

I used to hate BK fries but after living near a BK for so long they slowly became my favorite. Now my least favorite are probably Carls Jr despite their Onion Rings being very good

Actually my real question is what is the most unhealthiest thing McDonalds currently has being sold on the Menu? I think it might be the Fluffy Egg white McMuffin.

I think the most unhealthy thing sold now, that is a year round thing ( things like McRib are disqualified ) are the Milkshakes. 850 callories , 20+ fat (general).
Things like the BigMac and other things arn't good for you but their not as bad as you'd assume.

Reason I ask is I am doing some art projects that grossly exaggerate patriotic forms of food like burgers

I need you to help me brainstorm the most unhealthiest, greasiest, pro american place ever conceived. Something that shouldn't be consumed unless as punishment for committing a crime because the food will kill you instanteiniously because of the high concentrations of grease and salt in it.

I was thinking McPatriots. And they would sell things called "Patriot Burgers" which are 4 all corn beef patties piled high with bacon and slathered in mayonnaise. The buns are made with spongy white bread bleached heavily so every bite taste like a cow stuffed inside of a cloud of cotton candy.

I'll try and think of some "patriotic american food" that is just nasty gross stuff, but the only thing currently that comes to mind is Taco Bell, the meat there is literally on par with dog food.
but if you're looking for Burgers/Hotdogs/etc i'll have to do some extra thinking. I'll get back to you.
