In small restaurants definitely. In corporate ones, some are better than others and you make a helluva lot more. Hours are better too.

Hate to say it but a culinary management cert only gets you a desk job unless you want to work for very little money. I went to J&W for 1 year before dropping. Go corporate with that degree you have. GFS hires and pays well and everyone I know that works there loves it. It sucks but the culinary field is not fun.
