heraske (10/06/2012) [-] If you really want to learn by personal experiance, if you're province/state offers mandatory hunters' safety courses, I recommend taking them. I guarantee you will learn on zeroing scopes, if not, I don't know what the hell they are teaching you. Zeroing the scope goes for the same for red dots, A.C.O.G sights, Holographic, high powered, lasers and iron sights. All you have to do is shoot, find where the bullet lands, adjust sight, shoot again, see where it hits, then adjust until you get it accurate. You may be taught in hunters' safety to raise your reticule/scope a little bit higher due to bullet drop so you don't accidentally aim lower and miss the killzone on your game animal.  #44
