Actually you are, at least in direct relation to your comment that all of these countries are supporters of the Islamic State.

It's not a matter of whether they actively support ISIL or not, rather it's about seeing through some of their own hypocrisy in their religion and admitting fault.

The countries in question are all majority ran by the Sunni sect of Islam, which happens to be the same sect that ISIL follows (however ISIL follows a specific doctrine within Sunni Islam that is generally considered extreme to other Sunni Muslims, known as Wahhabism...think of it like National Socialism being the extreme side to conservatism and Communism the extreme side to liberalism)

Now when it comes to fighting a relatively disorganized militant group their sect does play a key role in the decision making of a government/monarchy.

To put it very simply, Sunni controlled countries can't actively fight ISIS without answering to their own people and their own sect of their religion, since they'd be killing fellow followers of their own sect and exposing the bad parts of their own religion. Even though the majority of Sunni people either don't give a shit or don't support that specific doctrine, they still recognize that they are still members of their own sect and face a moral obligation in that sense.

Also it should be mentioned that these are among the most profitable countries in the middle-east; not only having among the most stable and wealthy economies (all 4 countries are present the 10 largest middle-eastern economies by GDP per capita) but also contain the largest middle-classes in the mideast. And just as the American Middl-class doesn't want refugees because we don't want to risk bringing in extremists and terrorists, these 4 countries are the same.

Not to mention it's not exactly in the culture of Arabs to be charitable.

TL;DR 4 countries listed above are Sunni, ISIL is super dooper extreme Sunni. 4 countries can't hate on ISIL without admitting to the faults of their own religion and Arabs aren't exactly charitable people.
