This was my boy... a month ago, Animal Control came to my home, barged in through my door without a warrant and dragged him out of my home on the end of a metal catch pole with a noose around his neck, because some idiot saw him in my yard and reported us for having a "wild wolf" as a pet, and the brain dead imbeciles who work there "couldn't tell" if he might be a wolf or not.

He was a Siberian Husky... just a husky. If he had a drop of wolf in him, it was very little or none... I'd had him for over eight years, since I was sixteen.
We're fighting to get him back but the weeks drag on and they won't even let me visit him anymore, and even when they did they refused to let me touch him because "he's evidence and I might compromise him"...

Not a day goes by I don't cry for him, because I know he does for me...

he is my heaven and earth.

This is the last I got to see of him; they wouldn't let me take any pictures but someone else did and sent it to me... they said he calls for me day and night. I feel like a failure; if I just had a place to go and a way to get there, I'd break him out of that place myself... this boy means everything to me

A Lawyer aught to be able to help with that. They have no grounds with which to put him down, so one talk with a lawyer should be able to get him out.

We did, as soon as it happened. They ruled that their "expert" at the shelter said he was anxious and would nervously pace in circles in the small concrete prison cell they locked him in - so that was sufficient evidence that he's probably a wolf or at least a "high-bred wolf", so he's legally their property now. I have vet records showing I've had him since before they passed laws prohibiting them anyway - they haven't even gotten back to us... the wait is the worst part.

Wow. Your dog has separation anxiety, which is perfectly normal behavior. I hope you get your dog back.

Haha, thank you... we been apart way too long. I know as hard as it was for me, what I went through doesn't even compare to him - he's missing three of his canine teeth he broke off trying to chew through the metal bars of his cage to get to me, and he has sores on his elbows from laying on the hard cement floor there so long whenever they wouldn't/didn't give him a blanket... but he's home.

Next step is to sue these lousy fuckers for all they're worth - you work at animal control; learn to tell a HUSKY apart from a WOLF and stop putting people and innocent animals through this shit. Neither of us deserved it.

ignored, marcury

Funner fact: This causes dogs to witness how angels really are, and gives them the focus they need to be man's best friend.

That's why he stabbed him up the ass rather than killed him outright.

You might be suprised about how deadly a ass stabbing can be. Lot's of arteries for bleeding out, plus high chance of infection to die later. I've really thought about this.....
