In the beginning of the game, they ask you to set your birthday. When you go to Mother Base on your birthday, you'll get the cutscene. They've got several hidden cutscenes. When you don't play for a while and you go back to Mother Base, D-Dog will jump Venom and be excited about his return.

It's a great stealth game that lets you do whatever you like. So i can definitely recommend it. Although as a Metal Gear, it's got the weakest story. Gameplay more than makes up for it though.

FJ got hit hard with a lot of downtime recently. I'm working hard to improve the site, adding new features (mp4s, webms, and GIFs in comments, new comment features, etc) and trying to make the site better for mobile.
