 I'm a bit late to reply to this (I was browsing the feels channel) but keep in mind that he's 100 years old, and it was 6 miles. I could probably run like a 10 minute mile if I really tried, but I certainly couldn't do it 6 times in a row. Also I know 10 minutes is slow, but i'm fat and I didn't run even when I was thin. Always hated running, but I used to be below average weight and could barely run a mile any faster than I can now. Just not my thing. | ||
