To be fair, an enormous, expensive harness really isn't a workable solution to the problem, and it artificially inflates the price-tag of VR. It's not a bad thing but honestly VR right now is at its best when it is supplementing traditional control schemes. You can't replace the dexterity of a gamepad/keyboard, but you can create a situation wherein these things are improved upon, for example, those gloves would be somewhat useful in conjunction with a gamepad for say controlling those iron-man holograms. You just get to mess about with them in your hand, and other such tactile things, however you still need the controller for movement.

If the gloves can be designed in such a way that you can use them AND the controller then you're talking my language.

You're right. It definitely isn't feasible for the average consumer. And honestly I have a feeling that we will have to wait for the technology to be along the lines of it reading your brainwaves to tell the game which way to move. either that or this stuff will only exist in arcades where you can have a large space to accommodate this stuff.

Shit son, I ain't even mad. That's awesome. I am legitimately more impressed by your response than by those gloves. 10/10 man, you owe me a new pair of sides.

And immediately after the video you linked he proceeds to make two videos that amount to over an hour of him just explaining why every single thing they said isn't true. Of course I didn't watch them cuz I have better things to do with my life but it shows how much of a beta he is
