Best counterpoint I have ever heard.

But Victoria's Secret is only meant for women, whereas A&F is meant for both men AND women. Also, like you said, attractiveness is subjective. You shouldn't discriminate against people based on something that is subjective.
User avatar #40 - Timmietim (5 hours ago) [-]
A&F is not meant for fat people.
User avatar #34 - mechanichore (6 hours ago) [-]
Well there is stores that sell for XL people, should I go in there and complain they don't have anything in my size? There is also clothing stores for pregnant women, should I call them out on discrimination against the common belly shape?
User avatar #35 - WillWalrus (6 hours ago) [-]
Again, A&F DOES NOT specialize in a certain size or shape, which is why it's ridiculous for the CEO to do something like this.
Those examples are completely irrelevant.
User avatar #37 - Durn (5 hours ago) [-]
I support companies that do this. You may think at first that this is cruel and mean, but in other ways, some people will do anything to wear a certain brand.

I know a person who was rather large, however, he was obsessed with the brand Supreme. As you may know, Supreme uses the same marketing strategy by creating clothing sizes strictly for fit people. Do you think that this person went to a corner, cried, and complained? No. Instead of wasting his time, he decided that he would work hard to fit into clothes. After about a year and a half he lost around 100+ pounds. And guess what, it paid off.

I can understand, seriously, on how it's fucked up in a sense. But there's only two types of people, those who want change, and those that bring change.

They specialize in "not fat as fuck", A cothing store can make whatever the hell they want, whether it sells or not. He obvoiusly has a very successful business, and he is also probably saving a lot of money by making a few sizes rather than the whole spectrum of body types.
#29 - Attractivness and coolness is subjective, being fat is not ;)  [+] (9 new replies) 6 hours ago on Abercumbie and fag +12

Because it does not.

Unless this accent randomly adds T's to a word and turns the Au (Oh) sound into an Ah.
