Some games are playable on mac, steam has a mac section. It's just that the really good game and a majority of other games are unavailable for mac. As in, it can't play it. I believe mac isn't even meant for being a PC, rather for work where you edit things using what's on the mac. A lot buy it though because it looks fancy.
