Well technically if they run across the street in a high traffic area where it seems reasonable you couldn't stop, it's legal in some places.

I'm pretty sure just about anything would stop quick if you made it legal to run the person doing it over

I get what you're saying, but if you are keeping your car on the road, most of the criminals you'll be hitting are jaywalkers. Not sure how many robberies/murders/rapes happen in the middle of the road.

The way I interpreted it made me picture something like "Football/soccer would stop quick if we made it legal to run them over" And just pictured a pickup truck running a bunch of football/soccer players down

Don't get me wrong, I like your thinking, and I couldn't help but give you the thumb for the comment, it was good. But I meant to imply more of a death sentence for criminal activity. Not for any activity.

Other than the murders committed by drivers, on jaywalkers, that is.

Coffee starts out hotter than the environment around it, we put it in a thermos to keep it from losing its heat. Barring a drastic shift in temperature, a snake will always be the same temperature as its environment--it has no heat to lose. It's not 'radiating heat' at all.. Erego, the insulation does nothing. He's not gaining OR losing body heat if he's the same temperature as what's around him already; insulation would only make a difference if, for some reason, the temperature was dropping.
