Freedom Land? Just guessing. You're definitely not from the western side of the US, assuming you're from there. If not then it must be really late where you are.

It's been a while, but at the time I think I looked at your friend request and saw that the date was one day ahead of me. It was about 11:00 pm US Central time for me, so you had to have either been in the eastern part of the US, or across the Atlantic. I tend to assume that most people on here are from the US. I think I saw admins server data in a post once, showing where people are logging in from.

I'm one of the 3 or 4 guys from Brazil, dude. Across the Atlantic is a bit too much, tho.

One more thing. I forgot to mention in my Civ 5 strategy that between Tradition and Freedom, you need to adopt, but not continue, the Commerce tree. This will give you +25% gold production in your capital, which of course is your entire empire, so the difference is quite large.

I really enjoy creating a giant empire. This gameplay of yours should be pretty easy with Egypt and India considering their advantages.

I actually use the Americans because I'm biased as hell they can purchase tile for half price, and since I only have one city I need evry tile I can get, and the other civs have a habit of settling right next to my borders. Really though, there might be better choices.

Egypt can build wonders faster. India doesn't have many advantages, tbh. America is cooler if you expand your empire. The tiles can be guaranteed with some military and clear directions to your foes.

Oh. I keep forgetting that there's another continent there. We rarely get any news about South America. It's just kind of there, minding it's own business.

Yeah, i realize that. People here tend to live by their own terms a lot, and USA and Europe are on another level or something. Asia is a myth, and people don't even know the difference between Egypt and Thailand. There's a lot of africans here too.
