you can raise a tiger from cub to adult and properly train it and it can still be unpredictable.
It's like that for every animal including dogs and cats just because it's trained to do something doesn't mean it wont stop doing what it's trained to do and do whatever the fuck it wants.

It's like saying 'my bear is nice'. Your dog? Maybe it is safe. But it's known those dogs are 'generally' more violent than golden retriever for example. Nobody cares if you think they are cute. They are dangerous. I think Panzer-IV with 75mm short barrel howitzer gun is cute but you won't see me going shopping with it.

golden retrievers bite more people than rottweilers though...

Listen up dipshit, there are NO bad dog breeds only bad owners, with a dog you are primarily its master above its friend, if you treat a dog as your equal (i.e letting it do whatever the fuck it wants) then yeah it'll be fine towards you until one day when it wants something and it'll show you whos boss to get it. The only reason pitbulls, Rottweilers and other dogs alike have a bad reputation is because a lot of assholes who want a dog to intimidate others choose those dogs and they raise them to be vicious, you could raise a golden retriever to be vicious easily and that would kill a child just as fast as any of the "dangerous" dog breeds would. My brother owns 2 Staffordshire bull terriers and one half pitbull half Staffordshire bull terrier, all of these dogs are well behaved and don't even bark at other dogs (btw if your dog barks at other dogs thats a sign that its a shitty dog), the half pit half staff is so well behaved around children that it goes into a docile state and doesn't make any quick movements around children.

For the barking one.
If an other dog shows nothing but aggression barking in a certain amount is fine, as long as there aren't any signs of potential physical aggression like raising hair or snarling. After all it's a form of rebuking within a pack.
Besides playing my dog barks only at other dogs that are kind of socially handicapped. Dogs that grew up without any social interactions with other dogs and therefore don't know how to behave. And it's more of a silent reporting to me than barking at the other dog. Kind of a warning that the other dog can't be trusted.

Doesn't matter what the species is. Nature and nurture are both very important in an organism's behavior. For the most part read overwhelming majority of the time , a dog, regardless of its breed, will do what it's trained to do and will be generally harmless, but sometimes you get dogs that will just snap, and that's more common in some breeds than others.
