True but in the android/ cell saga you see how much stronger he becomes and is the first to reach super saiyan 2 making the strongest in that time but then slacks of due to there being no villains and Chi-Chi not allowing him to train (even though she does train Goten in the mean time)

?? Trunks and Vegeta were the first to reach SSJ2 weren't they?
User avatar #57 - Mr Ronok (05/16/2013) [-]
trunks and vegeta went ascended saiyan, which was like SSJ 1.5. it had all the strength of SSJ 2 but no speed. Gohan was the first to go full SSj 2

They did, but an imperfect form. gohan was the first to ascend without slowing himself down.

If you ever read the Walking Dead comics, there's a part where Michonne takes out her revenge on the Governor (who had previously repeatedly raped her) by sodomizing him with a spoon, then using said spoon to carve out his left eye. Also, she used her sword to cut off his arm and (it is implied) his penis.

well i was referring to the latter unfortunately.. animals develop traits because they are forced to, its called adaptation. it happens on every scale of size, from adapting yourself to 4 sugars in your tea over 1 week - to adapting wings over a stretch of millions of years.
User avatar #64 - lulurare (02/28/2013) [-]
Well sure I understand that, but I just don't see why they would even need to develop wings. To develop gills so you can breathe underwater, to develop a longer neck to eat leaves from the trees, to develop camouflage so you're harder to see, doesn't it all seem a little too coincidental?

Allow me to enplane even if you most likely won't listen. Suns are fulled by a form of nuclear fission. This takes lighter elements (Mainly Hydrogen/Helium) into heaver elements (Such as carbon). When a star dies it explodes sending all the heavy created elements hurling out into the universe. Some of thees are taken and made into even heaver elements but others gather and form planets. Now skip forward till earth has cooled and all the asteroids put plenty of space ice down. Now elements bond together into molecules and molecules can form into something called an imino acid; the very same thing that makes up our DNA. How is this all powered you ask? By a natural phenomena known as lighting which was rather common on the aquatic world earth was for so long. Given enough time the right strain of DNA would form to create some of the first plants who then sucked the carbon dioxide out of the water and air to create the first pollutant, oxygen. Now how life began is explained lets explore why it evolved . Take the example of a population of field mice out on early earth. They are brown to blend into the dirt around them to avoid being spotted by birds. Now add a lava flow that covers the aria in now black rock. The mice lost the ability to blend in. Now by (and I can't stress this enough) complety random accident a black mouse is born due to a mutation at birth. It has the blending. It can reproduce more since it has a lesser chance of death. Then the black mouse gene continues to get passed down till it is only black mice. Apologies for page rape.

I agree with this Let me explain, if we evolved as fish first we would have to breathe right? Yes which means there would have to be oxygen in the water which means there has to be plant life to recycle the carbon dioxide back in to oxygen, at the same time having animals to produce carbon dioxide. Basically animals and plant life would have to evolve at exactly the same time and preform its exact purpose without becoming extinct (i.e animals eat to much grass and it dies off). That is a TON of coincidence to happen, I mean astronomical numbers.
User avatar #126 - lolzordz (02/28/2013) [-]
there was carbon dioxide before animals bro..
#135 - addex (02/28/2013) [-]
So when we came to life we started breathing carbon dioxide, thank you for that information.
#149 - lolzordz (02/28/2013) [-]
plants came before us... we were breathing oxygen because of them but they werent breathing carbon dioxide cos of us. whats so hard to understand? unless youre being sarcastic
